RUN TO A BRIGHTER YOU.

Move. Belong. Be the best you.

A school community run club bringing learners and staff together to get active, support their wellbeing and build a stronger Brannel community.

OUR NEXT RUN

Thursday 5 November 2026 · 3:30pm

Walk, jog or run — everyone is welcome.

A new way to move, connect and feel better

Welcome to Brannel Nation Run Club — our school community running initiative, proudly supported by VX3.

We believe that every step counts. Whether you already enjoy running, want to improve your fitness or simply fancy trying something new, our run club is an opportunity to get active, spend time with others and be part of something positive.

There is no pressure to be the fastest, run the furthest or compete against anyone else. You can walk, jog or run at a pace that works for you.

Our aim is simple: to support healthier bodies, healthier minds and a happier, more connected Brannel community.

You don't have to be a runner to join. You just have to turn up.

When?

Every Thursday

3:30pm, straight after school.

Where?

Around Brannel

Our route takes place around the school site. The meeting point and route instructions will be confirmed by the school.

Who can take part?

Everyone is welcome

Learners and staff can join in, whatever their fitness level. Walk, jog or run at your own pace.

What's the route?

An 800m loop

Complete as many laps as suit your goals, whether you're starting out or pushing yourself to go a little further.

Every step counts

Our 800m route gives everyone the opportunity to set their own personal challenge. You decide how far you want to go, whether that means completing a single lap or building up to a longer distance over time.

1 mile — 2 laps

A great starting point for anyone looking to get moving.

2 miles — 4 laps

Build your confidence and challenge yourself to go a little further.

3 miles — 6 laps

Set yourself a longer-distance goal and celebrate your progress.

These are suggested distance challenges, not performance targets. Walk, jog, run or take breaks whenever you need to — the most important thing is taking part.
