Open our facilities to the community

Brannel School is proud to make its facilities available to local clubs, groups, organisations and individuals outside of school hours.

Our facilities can be used for a wide range of activities, including sport, recreation, community activities and family learning, providing opportunities for people across our local community to make use of our school facilities.

We aim to make our facilities accessible to the community while ensuring that all bookings are managed safely and effectively.

Availability may vary depending on school activities and existing bookings.

How to book

All facility bookings are now managed through SchoolHire, our online booking system.

Using SchoolHire, you can view available facilities and make a booking request through the online system.

Safeguarding & Conditions of Hire

All users of Brannel School facilities are expected to follow our conditions of hire and ensure that facilities are used safely and appropriately.

Where activities involve young people under the age of 18, appropriate safeguarding requirements will apply.

Before using our facilities, hirers should ensure they are familiar with the relevant Conditions of Hire, including fire procedures and expectations for the use of school premises.

Hirers are responsible for ensuring that their booked times include sufficient time for setting up and clearing away and that facilities are left in good order.
